peter met this same guy a year ago in rome. he wasnt insane, a little crazy perhaps, but he was all about dance-art. making people laugh. he would wear this getup everyday andbwalk around sticking his tounge out at people and holding odd poses. he had a radio headset on, with flags and newspapers stuck in it. really odd that peter bumped into him again. of course he did not remember peter.
